Custom web and mobile product development
Turn a focused product idea into a web or mobile application with clear scope, review points, and a practical handoff.
01Who this is for
Founders and small teams who know the problem they want to solve and need an engineer to turn it into usable software. Full Stack Technologies is led by Nicholas Howell, a CTO and founding engineer based in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
The starting point can be a new idea, a set of designs, or a product with a missing workflow. The first decision is which user outcome the next release must deliver.
02What the work can include
Product scoping, application architecture, web and mobile interfaces, backend APIs, data models, integrations, and deployment. The scope should identify which of those your project actually needs.
A useful deliverable is a complete user journey: someone can enter the application, do the core task, and see the result. Agree on the important failure cases alongside the happy path.
03How we define a useful first release
Start with one audience and one repeated task. List the data, permissions, and external systems involved. Separate essential behavior from work that can wait, and write down how we will decide that the release is ready.
You review working software at agreed checkpoints. Handoff should cover the repository, infrastructure access, setup instructions, and maintenance responsibilities.
04Start with the problem
Send a short brief: who the users are, what they need to do, what exists today, and the deadline or budget constraints. That is enough to begin a useful scoping conversation.
